The VOC for a 48 VBB is to low for most batteries. IF there is a combiner box and there is a even # of OCD then I have rewired the DC input ( remove the + from 1 OCD and connect it to module #2’s negative wire) to increase the DC input. OR there are a # of higher voltages of charge controllers that make it easy to reconfigure array input voltages to the CC.
Batteries IF there are 8, 16 six volt batteries then sure.

The demands on the system have grown, now a two family home with a 240Vac mini-split for air conditioning and a 240Vac Grundfos SQ 1/2hp sub pump to be added this summer to the system. Drilling a well for a back-up to the gravity fed spring water which has been getting too low during the past few summers.
