[RE-wrenches] What would you do/say?

This is why I have folks send me pics first, before I roll the truck. I
want to know what I'm getting myself into, and they need to know that
its not going to be an easy fix.
He's got some good equipment (Radians, HUP batteries) but not a fuse in
sight. What could go wrong?
