If they are Canadian maybe they are pre-flexed for snow load. Those crafty Canadians!

Subject: [RE-wrenches] factory module damage, has anyone seen this?
HI All,
I have some Canadian Solar bifacial BiHiKu 400 watt 72 cell modules that are bent from the factory.
There is no pallet damage, and the bend is the same top and bottom.
My question is has anyone seen this before? I this normal?
CS says its within spec which seems BS to me.
What should I ask for from CS?
What about return shipping cost, would this be something that I’d have to pay or CS?
So far they have offered $.10 per watt.
What would you all do?
thanks in advance
jay
