[RE-wrenches] dual rated 600/1000v cable for HV battery application

I've used it a few times for battery and inverter cables and it works 
just fine.  It just has a thicker jacket so when you heat shrink it at 
the lugs, it looks funny.  Not a serious problem, just get a higher 
ratio heat shrink like 3 to 1, and it should be fine.
