[RE-wrenches] Mate 3s firmware upgrade issues

Esteemed Wrenches;  Has anyone else experienced Optics RE connectivity
issues upon updating the Mate 3s firmware to the latest March 2020 version?

I updated a perfectly functioning system last week, and the Mate 3s lost
LAN connectivity. I rebooted the internet gateway and router, rebooted the
Mate 3s, re-flashed the Mate update, wouldn't allow me to revert to
previous firmware version, still says "connecting..."

Just curious if anyone else has seen this issue. The site is 4 hours away,
so all I could do was set the Mate to reboot every 4 hours. Have not heard
back from Outback yet on the support ticket.
