[RE-wrenches] Web portal Insight2 not making remote changes for some.

Hi Wrenches, 

Some who have been experiencing the inability to remotely
control with Insight2 should know that a fix is on it's way. I got this
yesterday. There was also a Gateway and mobile App update on the Schneider
site. You may want to try it again soon and let me know please. Thx!

Hi Dave, 

 We are working on a new firmware which will help to
troubleshoot this issue. We have already identified a cloud side issue
which is being implemented as we speak and it should address a bunch of
failures.  

If you want, you can post a note on Wrenches and tell them
that your "inside contact" has confirmed a fix is being worked on 😊  

We
should have something ready in a week or 2.
