[RE-wrenches] Kaco Inverters: Tech Support Contact?

Hello Wrenches

Kaco New Energy seems to be the latest inverter manufacturer with tech support that is playing hard to get. I’m not sure they are still doing business in US. I did learn that they were sold to Siemens. 

All I can find is a contact with a German phone number. We completed an online support request but of course haven’t heard back. 

Does anybody have a contact number for KACO NEW ENERGY?
