[RE-wrenches] Issues with another Out of Production Panel

There was a period of time when we were installing Mitsubishi PVs.  Now 
we are seeing issues with installs where we were using Mitsubishi 
MF170EB3 panels, bubbling backsheets, occasional bad solder joints, many 
with half the label's VOC voltage.  We actually just discovered one 
panel that was putting out 2X the rated SC amps, seriously, we tested it 
several times, dumbfounded.

             We have gone through the warranty process (major headache) 
with Mitsu before and they have told us they have never seen any of 
these problem before.  Anybody else seeing these things happening?... to 
help support our claim.
