[RE-wrenches] Schnieders LACK OF SUPPORT!

Im sorry, BUT Sandra you should NOT be the ONLY resort to Schnieders LACK OF SUPPORT! 
This has been an issue for a long time. WTFO Schneider, Tristen, Jack, lets get corporate in on these frustrations! We as installers are providing you folks jobs, because we purchase components with the belief that said products are ready TO INSTALL remotely OR connected to the grid. You folks get your paychecks despite how poor/ non existent the “support” is, while we loose clients.
