[RE-wrenches] Tripping gfi

If there is any current flow between DC negative and ground anywhere in 
the system, it will trip.  I would check the dryer for a ground fault, 
and I would check the system to make sure Neutral is not bonded to 
ground in more than one place (very common). Most importantly, I would 
make sure that negative is not bonded anywhere except at the DC GFI in 
the controller.

My guess is that DC is bonded at the negative shunt as is normal with 
many DC load centers, and that the dryer is a big enough load that pulls 
enough DC amps, so that some of DC negative is flowing back through the 
ground.  Probably doesn't trip normally, because at lower loads, less 
than an amp is flowing on the ground.
