[RE-wrenches] Snow-frame damage

See this a lot in our area (Western slope of the Sierra). Snow/ice builds
up on the mud sill and eventually rips the frame off. We've actually been
writing a clause into our contracts for folks in high snow load areas. Some
spots exceed 400psf. It's crazy.
