[RE-wrenches] Schneider tech support AWOL?

Over the many years, this type of info is exactly what has made the=20
Wrench list so valuable. We get the real installer perspective on=20
equipment, not just the slick brochure.

Poor tech support is not just a gripe, it is a potentially fatal problem=20
for off grid clients going without power for weeks waiting for you to=20
fix it.
