[RE-wrenches] Schneider SW 4048 error

Mac,
You may already know this, but Schneider has requested that installers not
pass out their live tech phone number.  I assume it is because they are
trying to vet who calls in on it, keeping it to working wrenches and
designers in order to keep our wait times and their costs down.  You might
disagree with that philosophy, but I thought I'd reiterate it for the list
none-the-less.
