[RE-wrenches] No Communication to XW CC

Hello Wrenches,

We have a situation on a repair job (that I didn't install), where the
charge controllers are not showing up on the SCP. There are 3 charge
controllers, two 600 V and one 150 volt units. There is a ComBox and
and SCP. 

One Schneider tech recommended that I unplug the SCP and plug a laptop
directly into the ComBox..The manual shows a router being used. 

Can a laptop be plugged directly in to a ComBox? Will this be helpful
in finding the missing CCs? 

Even with new Ethernet cables, the CCs don't show up.
