
<html><body style="font-family: Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><div>Hello Wrenches,</div><div><br></div><div>We have a situation on a repair job (that I didn't install), where the charge controllers are not showing up on the SCP. There are 3 charge controllers, two 600 V and one 150 volt units. There is a ComBox and and SCP. <br></div><div><br></div><div>One Schneider tech recommended that I unplug the SCP and plug a laptop directly into the ComBox..The manual shows a router being used. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Can a laptop be plugged directly in to a ComBox? Will this be helpful in finding the missing CCs? <br></div><div><br></div><div>Even with new Ethernet cables, the CCs don't show up. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div><br></div><div>Drake <br></div><br><br></body></html>
