[RE-wrenches] Schneider Phone Support

I got through on the mobile number and got good, quick support. The
land line number gave a fast busy signal on several tries.

 I meant to say the cell number works but I did not have luck with the
 landline. I spoke with Jimmy in support. Not sure about the code
either
 but it was very fast to speak with them, this time...
