[RE-wrenches] Microhydro and L-ion

How or can a  Harris DC microhydro (<.6 KW) work with existing PV 
charged Outback FP2 (or Radian for that matter), whilst charging a ~16KW 
L-ion "24" volt battery ?  I think that's a real word.  The output of 
the hydro varies over time from .6KW to .1KW
