[RE-wrenches] Mate 3 shutdown

Are you updated on all the firmware? I would call Outback, get a
case number and then e-mail. I say this but I know what you mean.... 

One
of the nice things about the Schneider combox based systems is the system
gets a re-boot every night at 3:05 am and often solves weird issues. It
also logs everything nicely. The inverter (XW  border-left:#1010ff 2px
solid; margin-left:5px; width:100%">  

My learned fellow Sparkies, 

I
have at home off-grid Radian with Mate 3 monitor. Periodically & randomly
my Mate 3 blanks out and requires a reboot (un-plug / re-plug). While this
is not such a big deal to address, the total loss of ALL the performance ">


I have not called OB as there is no cell service at or near the system
and to do so is a huge time killer back & forth ">  

Has anyone else
experienced this? 

Any remedial action to correct this issue?
