<p>Are you updated on all the firmware? I would call Outback, get a case number and then e-mail. I say this but I know what you mean....</p>
<p>One of the nice things about the Schneider combox based systems is the system gets a re-boot every night at 3:05 am and often solves weird issues. It also logs everything nicely. The inverter (XW & CSW) does not reboot so power stays on.</p>
