It's calculated as follows...

5mv is equal to .005.

.005 X Number of Cells

So a 24 Volt system has 12 cells.

.005 X 12 = .060

So the Temp compensation is -/+ 60mv.

As expressed in the Schneider equipment  it's labeled as -60mv...
