[RE-wrenches] Altitude and controllers

Hi Folks:
 
What is the deal with altitude restrictions on charge controllers and other solid state circuitry?  We have a high altitude customer with some concerns.
 
For example, Enphase wants their goods installed at under 2000 meters….
