[RE-wrenches] Flashing for flat roofs

Wrenchers,
We have a residential system that will sit on a small roof section  that
has minimal pitch (5 degrees) and has been roofed with rollout asphalt
roofing. Anyone have good products they recommend for flashing attachment
points? Was going to have it re-done with EPDM. Thanks for any thoughts...
