[RE-wrenches] sizing up equipment ground per NEC 690.45

Hi August,

We have understood that exception to apply only to the DC side. The inverter
output circuit would fall into typical ground sizing requirements which do
state
that the EGC should be upsized proportionally to the other conductors that
are
upsized for a voltage drop.
