Travis,
   As far as the two stickers go, ignore the one on the input side.  Somebody 
got carried away with the stickers.  The ones I got had two stickers also.  
Just make sure you power the emeter with LESS THAN 48 volts or LESS or you 
will fry the emeter.  I know from experience!  It is best to tap off the 
battery at 24v.  The load is quite low and should not unbalance the batteries 
significantly.
