Sunfrost noise [RE-wrenches]

Hi Donna,

The units that I have been around including my own ( RF-12 which has no fan) is
pretty quiet.  I think they are more quiet than any electric unit I've been
around.  I don't believe that the standard RF16 has a fan, just two
compressors.

As to what Allan says, yep its a real option in the sunny climate that you
have.  My calcuations show that with the new efficient off the shelf units, in
your climate: that it'll be very close in price either way.
