May I chime in.

Bob O makes a point that I agree with.  However, if William chooses to 
install only and is good at it, I don't have a problem with him being listed 
as a wrench that installs only. What we won't have on the wrenches list is 
those who only sell. (Vendors only).  I do think there are pitfalls for an 
install only approach, ie you may inherit a bad design, are holding the bag 
for poor customer choice and sometimes poor components and don't make 
anything on the hardware.  On the other hand if a competent installer chooses 
to work this way, its ok with me.
