Hi Don,
    I especially like this approach. Like most of us, I dislike installing
someone else's equipment. The system is rarely designed well, I did not
make any $$ from the equipment sale and have to charge the customer
prevailing rates instead of being able to offer a discount. Sooo....with
that said...I have acquired several regular and loyal customers who first
purchased equipment the "wrong" way. In all cases, I was able to
demonstrate the "added value" of having a professional do the work.
    Good work Don...go for it!
