How about this. I include on the web section a brief discussion of why its 
best to have a bundled job and mention that not all dealer installers will do 
an install only. I can discuss some reason why etc. This way I don't close 
any doors but do alert the customer to the issues. I think philosophically we 
must regard this as an opportunity to gain a customer (inspite of their past 
sins) , but they must pay.
