don't want to see any more black eyes to the solar and renewable energy
industry.  None-the-less, I would ask that we tread carefully in regards to
the old-boys network.  There are a lot of voices out there.  In regards to
those who may not qualify, an apprentice program or other alternative to a
simple "no you're not in", should be included in any exclusion process.
Maybe an alliance with the Midwest Renewable Energy Association's Continuing
Education Workshops for beginner to advanced PV training, or some of SEI's
training programs.
