To wade in here from the other end of the spectrum.  What about us 
less grizzled, shorter toothed youngsters out here?  I use the list 
as a resource to make sure I don't invent mistakes you all have had 
before. It would be a shame to not use the collective wisdom of the 
list to train a more skilled install team.
