SW charging problems [RE-wrenches]

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. It turned out to
be the simplest thing, it was the toggle breaker on
the side of the unit. I think I like those older style
push to reset type breakers; that red handle on the
new ones is too easy to bump. Also the temporary wire
sizing is a concern, the plug gets pretty while the
charger is on so I backed it down to 10 amps. Carl
