Polotically Correct modules [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches:
Thank you for the responses to my request.  I cut and pasted the text of the
responses to give to my client, who enjoyed it as much as I.  We have a
wealth of information among us, and opinions to fill any of the gaps.  It's
an honor to be included.
   Just one more question on this topic: What about Photowatt modules?  Of
the early ones from the early 80s that Windy sold, I have yet to see one
that's not producing rated output.  Then they were French; now they're being
made in Albuquerque--different technology, but nice.  Are they indeed PC?
