Thanks I'll check it again, probably just missed it.  Thanks for the
info.

As to the AStropower issue.  I have talked to the folks at astropower in
person when I worked for AEE, but I cannot remember any discussion of
toxic chemicals  so I don't know about that.  They do use silicon wafers
that would otherwise be put in a land fill and so are therfore saving
that product.  I have found that the folks a AP are really helpful.  I
suggest that you contact Rob Moon ( not the right spelling though).
