Actually it's a CC-60 and the dip switch settings are pasted to the 
inside of the front cover of the control. Remove the four screws 
holding on the cover and check it out. You are correct, the 
regulation voltage is set by DIP switches.

I have two of these controls here and can probably hunt up the docs 
if you really need them. All the set point instructions should be 
inside the front cover of the control.
