he probably means the Trace inverter reports generator solid. That
inverter, once kicked out back to inverter function only reads its own
frequency. You have to check the error causes list to see if the gen has
gone out of freq or just use a separate meter. Its common to have the
gradually increasing battery charger load through a generator off freq and
drop off charge, whereupon the generator restores its rpm and the inverter
meter starts reading inverter frequency. You would have to watch it through
the whole cycle on gen frequency to catch the change starting if that is
what goes on.
