Greetings Chuck,

Looking at your message and wondering if we could have questionable
readings.  Was your volt meter true RMS?  Also, did Trace check out the
Gen-set?? ("Trace reports Kohler frequency as rock-solid 60 cps".).  Off
frequency could be the problem.
