Internally lit signs in cold weather [RE-wrenches]

John,

I forgot to mention what you probably already now is that cold might be a
real problem.  I'll be sure that they are at least 0 degree F starting
ballasts.  Most of the stuff I have seen has a real problems even below 50
degrees.
