Cutting Heat Shrink tubing [RE-wrenches]

<x-flowed>A gardener's pruning lopper works great, and cuts thick tubing and hose too.

If you have lots of cuts to make, secure one arm of the lopper in a 
vice so you can operate it with one hand while you feed the tubing 
into it with the other.
