My response may be too late because others have partially answered:  The
Trace breaker box brought customer complaints of loud vibration originally,
but none recentl;y.  People are instructed now to run both + and - cables
through the box, but you said you had done that.  They are usually tied
together within, so the negative goes right past the side of the breaker and
that seems to eliminate the magnetic caused vibration noise.
