The great Inverter Debate continues: Mod Sine vs. Pure Sine
What is wrong with having the best of both worlds? Why not use a big
mod sine inverter/charger for the switchboard circuits that are
basically resistive-type(or at least don't require a pure sine wave)of
loads. This would be approx up to about 75% of a house.
And the critical circuits can get a good pure sine wave inverter, which
doesn't have to be a huge one.
