More Trace unresponsiveness [RE-wrenches]

	I, too have mentioned the volatile memory problem with the SW series to
several Trace sales associates and technicians without results. It's really
a big pain to remember all of the settings when bringing the system back
online after a DC power-down. Writing the information down is dandy if you
have the time. Last year, I threw all of the AC and DC disconnects after a
tree fell and dangled over my power trailer. No time to take readings in 75
MPH wind with 3" diameter branches falling all around!
	How hard could it be? A small back-up battery to keep the data alive! I
think Darren promised to work on a method of down-and-uploading settings
via the SWRC. How about it D.C., got that Windows code written yet???
	I feel the same way about the E-Meter, too. Why can't we have battery
back-up on those as well. Last week, I ran my EV low enough to extinguish
the E-Meter display, and I lost all of the AH data. Let's see, how many AH
was I down just before it went out?
	Despite the flaws, these are still two of the most useful and valuable
products available. It *would* be nice to see refinements over time, though.
