	Agree with Windy on this, wind chill is NOT a factor for inanimate objects.

>Cold will not increase the self-discharge

	In fact, lower temeratures will decrease the self-discharge, as it slows
down the local action inside the batteries.

>Find something else to worry about

	Not a problem, if you don't have something to worry about, your mind will
invent something.
