Islanding [RE-wrenches]

Windy,

This type of information would be great to have in our Net Metering 
regulations hearings. The utilities keep saying there's no proof that these 
things work. I doubt they'll believe this either, but it's one more thing 
to throw at them.

Drake,

The PV lab at Sandia Labs told our BP Partners tour group that they
TRIED to get several inverters to island, and they couldn't do it.

If you need any documentation on that, if there is any, I can try to
find you the source.
