Islanding [RE-wrenches]

	I've actually thought about this, what if one *wanted* to island two or
more SW inverters? Say, to create a mini-grid between several off-grid
neighbors? According to Trace, won't work... The best reference for this I
can give is Joe Schwartz's article "Utility Interactive Inverter Safety" in
HP #58, or on the HP web site.
	Modern electronics has pretty well made it impossible for the SW tail to
wag the dog.
