E-meters, We Love to Hate it! [RE-wrenches]

I call a battery (bank) fully charged when it has been held @ bulk volts
with less than 1 amp per 100 amphours of storage for a few hours or so~~~. 
Is that basically correct?  Does it really need to get much more complex
than that assuming the system is operating properly and the cells have been
watered?  I put a TM2020 on every system I put in even if it means that I
give it to the customer. It is very helpful to look at Bat HI and Bat LO
volts since I was last at the job to reset it.  Being a third generation
wrench I like to learn all about what happens to the systems (my babies)
while I'm away.

I have found the TM2020 to be a great meter and Ralph very easy to get a
hold of.  No one has mentioned the TM500 and its nice phone jack shunt
connection set up and it's included fuse holder.  I still like the TM2020
although.  Check out the deal about the warranty extension if you use the
lightening protector/48 volt adapter.  Backwoods mentions it on their
website.  Thanks for keeping on top of things Backwoods!
