Desulfaters? [RE-wrenches]

Wally,
    Our experience is limited with these--how do you test the performance
when the results only show up in 5-15 years if it works at all??  We tested
one--I think it was the Power Pulse--on a set of prematurely failed
(sulfated, 2-3 years old) golf carts.  After 3 months, they had retrned some
of their capacity; not enough to use again, but enough to suggest that the
unit would work to prevent or reduce sulfation buildup.
