PV Aesthetics [RE-wrenches]

Friends,

I think Jeffrey has made some good points.  The key is to find what works
best for the client then be flexible enough to satisfy their desires.  I've
found that I can never predict what choice someone is likely to make when I
give them all the options.  A decision to change a location, or type of
panel etc, which I might think is foolish or an unneeded expense, turns out
to be just the right solution the client was looking for to decide on a
system.

Two thoughts though.  First BIPV is the future, I believe, to main stream PV
use.  I don't think PV should look like an afterthought on a building.
Second, as things become more common in people's everyday lives, their
aesthetics change accordingly.  Why the heck do people screw vinyl shutters
to their homes?  They're not thinking about how absurd it would look to
someone from the 1700s, they just know that their eye is used to seeing
shutters, therefore they want them.
