[RE-wrenches] Digital LA Battery Electrolyte Tester

David,
I have never used a digital tester. However I have used the Hydrovolt
hydrometer (see below) and have found it to be very easy and quick to use
and read. In fact, when I first found and used one 20 years ago, I was so
taken by it compared to the turkey baster type hydrometer or a
refractomerer that I contacted the European manufacturer and bought a case
of 90 of them, purchasing them for a fraction of the $40 cost they were
selling for at the US supply houses. Now that I haven't sold a system with
lead acid batteries in the last 2-3 years, I still have maybe ⅔ of them
left. Happy to send one to you (or anyone interested) at cost. Contact me
off list if interested. I'm just interested in getting them into people's
hands that can use them instead of the back of my warehouse collecting
dust.
Howie
