[RE-wrenches] Outback FXR Slaves Not Charging With AC

Yes, all 4 are set to 60Aac Input and 14Aac Charging.

The masters are ports 1 and 7 with slaves on ports 2 and 8.

Everything seems to be configured properly.

I'm thinking during my testing the batteries were too close to the end of
the bulk phase. This is a 1300aH lead acid battery bank. I'm going to try
to drain them down and turn off PV charging and see what happens. I just
thought it was odd because the two masters clearly indicated BULK charging.
I would have thought all four inverters would share the charging during the
bulk phase.
