[RE-wrenches] Victron and Optics RE

Anyone else having issues today logging into Optics RE? I've tried multiple
times today to no avail. I can't even bring up the log in page.

I received a call from a young mother of 4 without water for over a week. A
total DIY by the husband whom just up and left the family before the
holidays. So sad. Anyway, it consists of an offgrid twin set of Victron
MultiPlus 12 dcv/120acv inverters. OMG, what a mess. They are wired to
provide 240vac to the clients SEP.

Two questions. One, I can't seem to find a Tech support number for Victron
on their website. I can email the sales team and have requested several
times now for the phone number of their tech support team but my request
continue to go unfulfilled.
Two, I need a Victron hard wired battery monitor for the system as it is
located in the basement and I wish to provide the client with a monitor for
their upstairs kitchen. I will need to add a shunt. Their website offers
many options with little details. What might y'all suggest. A part number
would be extremely helpful.
